John Bryan, Gustavius Bryan & James Bryan, sons of Abijah Bryan & Elizabeth Bryan late Sprout dec'd. Thomas M. Smith, Commissioner appt by decree of Logan Circuit Court at the July term in Petition in chancery filed by William Sprout, guardian of sd John Gustavius & James Bryan praying the sale of real estate of the sd wards to William Sprout. All of Logan Co. $400. Wm Sprout being the highest bidder. On waters of Little Whipporwill being the tract willed by John Sprout Sr deceased to Elizabeth Bryan & after her death to her sd children it being a part of sd John Sprount Sr's old tract taken off the Southern portion thereof and joining Anthony Gilbert on the South & Ben Gilbert on the West.
