Dick, 80, 109 Wiggs St., Fort Recovery, died at 9:30 p.m., at Mercer County Community Hospital.
He was a son to John and Margaret (Delp) Martin. On Nov 23, 1968, he married Margaret "Marge" Reichert, who survives. Note: 2nd wife.
Also surviving are a son, Dane (Deb), Fort Recovery; five daughters, Sherolyn (Steve) Jones, Mendon, Darlene Martin, Greenville, Cindy (Harold) Aslinger, Centerville, Angela Martin, Louisville, KY, and Diana (Curt) Rammel, Fort Recovery; a brother, Lon "Jeep" (Wanda), West Carrolton; a sister, LaRue Peacock, Denver, CO; seventeen grandchildren, one of which is Alisha Robbins; and twelve great-grandchildren.
Deceased is an infant daughter, Sondra Martin; 6 sisters and 5 brothers.
He served in the U.S. Army Air Corp during WW II, retired from J&M Manufacturing, Fort Recovery, and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6515, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
Services are at St. Paul Catholic Church, Sharpsburg, Ohio, the Rev. Charles Mullen officiating.
