Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. on Monday, September 16, 2013 at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, AR. Viewing will start at 9:00 a.m. Monday, September 16, 2013 at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, AR. Pallbearers will be Johnny Ray Adams, David Burgett, David Ewing and Reverend Gary Crowder.
