Evelyn Lucille Williams, 84, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away October 30, 2016. She was born February 16, 1932 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was a member of Pleasant Valley Church of Christ in Van Buren, retired from Walmart and a former employee of Fort Smith Public Schools.
She was preceded in death by her mother Cecelia Shepard, her first husband Walter Wesley Kelley and Sister Edna Ewing.
She is survived by her husband Earl Williams of the home, five children; Wesley Wayne Kelley of Barling, Sally Kelley of Van Buren, Danny Kelley of Van Buren, Terri Moudy of Lavaca and Sherri Epperson of Fort Smith.
Funeral Service will be 1:30 p.m Thursday, November 3, 2016 at Pleasant Valley Church of Christ 6020 Kibler Road Van Buren, Arkansas with Interment to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Fort Smith.
