William Douglas "Doug" Hayes, 55, of Elkins, Ark., died Sunday, May 20, 2007, at his home. He was born Oct. 26, 1951, in Lynwood, Calif., to Millard Lee Hayes and Alva Wood Hayes.
He lived most of his life in the Elkins area.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Robin Perryman.
Survivors include a son, Douglas Hayes of McCall, Idaho; a brother, Bob Pope of Mountainburg, Ark.; two sisters, Shirley Bauer of Fullerton, Calif., and Sharon Sue Russow of Decatur, Ark.; and two grandchildren, Blaine Lyon Hayes and Zachary Stephen Hayes, both of Fayetteville, Ark.
Graveside funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, May 25, at the Fairmount Cemetery near Siloam Springs, Ark., with Pastor Glen Hill.
Arrangements are by Wasson Funeral Home of Siloam Springs.
