Will of Isaac Hogland of the state of Kentucky and Green Co. Just debts to paid. Son Isaac to receive $20 in full as his portion of all my estate real & personal. Son Hardin to have horse, saddle & bridle which he now claims, bed & furniture. My single girls, Anne, Ebba, Jane, Lavina, Mimah & Cassa to have their beds, bedsteads & bed lothers and chests and trunks and $20 to be paid them. My named childrent o have what I have heretofore given them. Son William have the horse, saddle & bridle which he now claims and bed & furniture. Sons William & Hardin to have all the farming and plantation tools. My six single girls to have the loom and all apparatus and all wheels & cards. My beloved wife to remain in my dwelling house. Children Anne, Ebba, Jane, Lavina, Mimah, William, Hardin, and Cassa to keep the house in good repair and support her decently during her natural life. Within 12 months if my wife files with my Executor a declaration she will not accept the provisions in my will, she shall have her portion as though I had died intestate. (Provision that she accepts - the children are to retain the land 10 years after her death as compensation). When land is sold, the proceeds to be divided among all my children except Isaac, to wit: Anne, John, Betsy White (Betsy's surname?), Ebba, Alsey Blakey, Jane, Lavina, Miniah, William, Hardin, and Cassa. $20 to Issac, and $120 to the six girls as stated. Livestock to be sold and proceeds divided among the eight children - Anne, Ebba, Jane, Lavina, Minah, William, Hardin & Cassa.
Horatio Chandler to be sole executor.
