Services Thursday for Child Victim of Crash
Funeral of Harvey E. Cope, Jr., 2, son of Mr. & Mrs. Harvey E. Cope, Sr. of Burns Flat, in Washita County, formerly of Tulsa, will be held at 10 am Thursday in the Tulsa-Whisenhunt Funeral home. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery near Stigler.
The child was killed Monday in an auto accident near Burns Flat. His mother, Mary Lee Cope, 22, and Mrs. Roberta McCaslin, 31, were critically injred and Mrs. Cope's sister-in-law, Mrs. Barbara Cope, the driver, also was hurt.
All of the somen are wives of Tulsa construction workers and live in trailer courts near Burns Flat.
(Survivors are) Theresa Cope of the home, and grandparents, mr. & Mrs. H. R. Cope of 1612 N. Atlanta Ave. and Mr. & Mrs. R. E. Winford of 101 N. 47th W. Ave.
