Paltiah Stebbins
(3 Mar 1676/77 - )
NEHG Register, Vol 154, p.75-76
Although not found as a daughter in most databases - there was a marriage in New London of Paltiah Stebbins to John Ames/Eames, as his second wife, 20 Jul 1713. The name, time and place would seem to indicate she was indeed a child of Bethiah & Daniel Stebbins. Ames first wife was Abigail Morgan, who apparently died soon after childbirth in early 1713. Ames died at New London, 1 Jun 1735 of "Plurisie", aged 60 odd. Paltiah may have remarried to Samuel Rogers.
It seems that father and son may have married sisters.
