SATELLITE BEACH, Fla. Mrs. Mildred Cooke Doty, 83, formerly of Shelby, died Monday, Nov. 8, 2004, in Satellite Beach.
Born on April 17, 1920, in Maiden, she was a daughter of Lawrence and Eula Cooke.
While residing in Shelby, she was employed for many years as assistant manager in the first local order-only Sears store.
In Satellite Beach, she was employed for several years as a bookkeeper supervisor at Space Coast Credit Union.
She was also a homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Hubert Doty; and a brother, Dennis Cooke.
