1 Dec 1714. Anne Green of Parish of Farnham and Richmond County to Standley Goar and Winnifred his wife. For natural love and afftion to my son in law, Standley Goar and daughter Winifred, his wife, do give over for their natural lives and to the longest liver of the, and after their deaths to the heirs of Standley Goar begotton of Winnifred - for want of such heirs to the right heir of Winnifred forever. Tract containing 100 acres, the Land I now live on to be laid out continguous to the head line of the dividend and includ the plantation with the appurtenances where Edward Gill lately lived.
