The Social Security record lists her parents as Otis V. Arnett and Mayme F. Bicknell. Feb 1953 she was Patsy Arnett Sparks; in 1962 as Patsy Ann Allen. In Jun of 1967, her name given as Patsy Ann Evans. On 12 Aug 1976 she was Patsy Ann Genet, but 30 Jul 1993, she was again Patsy Ann Sparks. Although she is buried in Kentucky, her last residence was Cannelton, Perry Co, Indiana.
