PEORIA, IL - Lucy May Rose, 86, of 2714 N. Victoria died at 8:45 a.m. Friday, Jan. 10, 1992, at Fondulac Woods Health Care in East Peoria.
Born May 20, 1905, in Huntsville, Ala., to John and Carrie Hayden Branum, she married Eldredge Hollie Rose on July 19, 1924, in Huntsville. He died Dec. 20, 1991, in Peoria.
She also was preceded in death by three brothers.
Surviving are one son, Collins of Peoria; one sister, Mrs. Willet (Melba) Lloyd of Huntsville; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church in Pulaski, Tenn.
Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery in Peoria.
