Lived in Adair & Schuyler Counties. Nine children: Dan H., Mary, Sarah, James Curtis, John A., Alice, Lettie Jane, William Douglas, Ruth Lucinda.
Found in Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War database. The unit is correct. He died in 1930 and is buried Oakhill Cemetery, Texas Co, MO.
