On a Tennessee Tax List, Bount Co, 1805.

Several Records attached indicate he belonged to the Friends Meeting, in Newberry, TN. His death date given there in an obituary is 1860 8th month, 19th days; he was 62 years.

Marriage, 29 May 1833, to Hannah Bales, Jefferson Co, TN. This marriage is written in the Lost Creek Quarterly Meeting, Women's Minutes, Jefferson County.

The problem of the above is that Blount and Jefferson Counties have an entire county, Sevier, between them. However, furth research indicates that the Newberry Meeting was renamed Friendsville and was/is in Bount County.
