William Thomas Bean of Rt 3, Cookeville, Putnam, TN was born 8 Mar 1873. Farming for himself. Nearest relative was Mary Bean. He made his mark. Medium height, stout build, blue eyes, red hair.

William Thomas Bean died at the General Hospital in Cookeville on 12 May 1954 of myocardial infarction - he had heart disease and hypertension. He was 81, born 8 March 1873 in Kentucky. He was married and a retired farmer. His father was Ezekiel Bean, his mother Lucinda Jeffries. T. D. Bean was the informant. Buried Smyrna Cemetery, Cookeville, on May 14th.

Ezekiel Been was born 12 Feb 1844, died 22 Feb 1916 in Middletown, Logan Co, IL. He was born in Tennessee to Eli and Mariah(Kinnaird) Bean and later moved to Kentucky. He married 1st Lucinda Jeffries, and had four children. Lucinda passed away sometime after 1876. At the time of the 1880 census he had married for the second time, to Julia Wysong, and had his four children with them. He had at least eight known children with Julia and by 1910 had moved to Illinois where they resided until their deaths. His death certificate lists the cause of death as stomach cancer and also has his birth as 1847. Buried Irish Grove Cemetery, Middletown, Menard Co, IL.
