Mary was born in Valley View, OK and was the daughter of Lee and Mary Olie Brown Logan. She attended school at Limestone School, near Wilburton, before marrying Robert Francis. They began to raise their children and she was a homemaker and worked as a house keeper for McAlester Regional Hospital. After her husband preceded her in death, she married Marvin Francis on Aug. 10, 2000. They made their home in McAlester. She was a member of the Kiamichi Quilting Guild where she was a past president, and enjoyed long drives in the country looking at the beautiful country side. She also loved to spend time with her relatives and friends. Survivors include her husband, Marvin Francis, of the home; two sons, Larry Gene Francis and wife, Teresa, Cleona, Pa., and Stanley Ralph Francis and wife, Sarah, Greenville, Texas; a daughter-in-law, Marva Francis, of Quinton. Also, a brother, Charlie Logan; a sister, Leaetta Fisher; four grandchildren, Melissa Francis, J.R. Francis and wife, Erica, Mary Margaret and husband, Rob Wildasin, and Justin Francis, and four great-grandchildren, Grace, Logan, Claire and Sadie. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Lee and Olie Logan; two brothers, Leonard Logan and Earl Logan; her first husband, Robert Francis; her son, Douglas Francis, and a great-grandson, Robbie Wildasin. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Bishop Chapel of Memories with the Rev. Willard Francis officiating. Burial will be at Ash Creek Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Bishop Funeral Service of McAlester. Honorary pallbearers will be Tracy Allen, Carl Leeper, Roy Kite, Joe Carter and Ken Miller.

Her first spouse, Robert Gene Francis, is also buried Ash Creek Cemetery - born 17 Oct 1933, died 2 Apr 1997.
