Bentonville -- Mrs. Nancy E. (Nannie) Banks, 87, of Bentonville died Saturday in a Bentonville hospital. Born Sept. 19, 1887 at Jacket, Mo., she had lived in the Hiwasse-Bentonville area for many years and was a member of the Bentonville Christian Church. Survivors include three sons, Carl and Harold Banks both of Bentonville, and Kurt Banks of Leawood, Kan.; one sister, Mrs. Mae Mahon of Jay, Okla.; one brother, Natt Burnett of Pea Ridge; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Callison and McKinney Funeral Home Chapel of Bentonville with burial in the Bentonville Cemetery.
