To Elizabeth Harmon and John Harmon her husband, Lot 4...30 acres. To Mary McCowie and Thomas J. McCowie her husband, Lot #5 ...50 acres. To Thomas Brown, Jr, Lot #6 ...75 acres. To Nancy Brown, Lot #3 ...40 acres.

The parents may have been deceased prior to 1850. In 1850, Linn Co, Dist 50, Census is the following household, next to that of John L. Jones & wife:

Nancy A. 11
This would seem to account for the children who divided the land in 1855 with the exception of the eldest, William. Perhaps he, too, had died prior to 1855, or relinquished all claims to his father's estate.
