FamilySearch lists a Rachel, born 24 Feb 1824, died 16 Jan 1900 in Spokane, Washington - married about 1845 to Thomas L. Boggs

Although the births of the children suggests that Thomas and Rachel were married and in Oregon prior to 1850, he is found alone in 1850, Linn Co, Oregon Territory, working for and living with the Jack family. He was 27, b. in MO. Given the gap between Olivia and the next child Mary, I wonder if perhaps he did not marry Rachel until about 1851 and Olivia is either his child, or Rachel's, by a former marriage - in fact on FamilySearch there is an earlier marriage to George Jones.
