I, Jno. C. Dixon, do hereby make and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, to wit: I do hereby give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Julia C. Dixon in fee simple forever all the property of all kinds whatsoever both real & personal, which I own at the time of my death. I do hereby appoint as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, my wife Julia c. Dixon.
In witness whereof I hereunto subscribe my namd and seal, this March 6, 1885. John C. Dixon

A paper purpoting to be the Last Will and Testament of Jno C. Dixon deceased, is exhibited before me, the undersigned Clerk of the Superior Court for Said County by Mrs. Julia C. Dixon the executrix therein Mentioned. And the hand writing of the Said Jno. C. Dixon by the oath and examination of Jas. T. Sugg, W. W. Dail & George W. Sugg, who being duly sworn doth depose and say each for himself, deposeth and saith - that he is well acquainted with the handwriting fo the Said Jno C. Davis. that having often seen his writing the last ten or twelve years and that they verily beleive that the paper writing now shown and which bears date the 6th day of March 1885, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the Said Jno C. Dixon is in the handwriting of the said Jno. C. Dixon and that the signature of said will is the signiture of the said Jno C. Dixon.
And George A. Holderness and W. H. Holderness being duly sworn say and each for himslef deposetha and saith....
