William Watters paid tax on 250 acres, granted to himself, dittoed for bounded on Holcombe and on Foreman's Creek i Franklin Co. His tax was $6.

Land Patent issued on 8 Apr 1825 to Will: Watters of Perry Co, from the land office at Cahaba, for the NE quarter of Section 8, Twp 19, Range 9 - 79.925 acres
