Maj Parke Goodall Howle
(1789 - 16 Jun 1857)
Wrote letter attesting to his father's Revolutionary War service, 17 Aug 1835 - he relinquished all interest in bounty land to his brother-in-law Francis Marshall. Parke served in the U.S. Navy, 1813 and sailed under Commodore Decatur in 1815 to quall the depredations the pirates had been committing on U. S. ships.
