Lowery Bishop signed a deed in Jan of 1821, in Logan Co as Guardian to Benjamin R. Haden, her son by Benjamin Haden.
There were no children by Catherine Stockton, but the divorce testimony reveals he probably had two mulatto children [one about 17 and the other 9 or 10 in 1836/37] by one Caty Crawley with whom he had an ongoing relationship for many years and referred to her as his wife.
