In the Name of God amen, I Micajah Proctor of Lincoln County and Commonwealth of Kentucky, Being sick and weak in Body But of Perfect Mind and memory therefore taking into consideration the Mortality of my Body Knowing That it is appointed for all men .. to Die make and ordain this my last will and Testament.
In...?; It is my Will and I do order that in the first place all my Just Debts and funeral Chrges be paid and Satis'd. I...?? I give and Bequeath unto my Dearly Beloved wife Elizabeth Proctor the use of my plantation where I now reside with all the Farming utencils and household Furniture Except what I may hereafter bequeath to her during her natural life after her Deceas I allow my Plantation to be Equally Divided Between my three Sons Robert Jeremiah and Micajah.
I give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Sarah Five Shillings to her and her heirs forever. I give and Bequeath unto My Daughter Polly Nicholson one Feather Bed and furniture and Saddle to her and her heirs forever. Also I give to my daughter Martha One Saddle to her and her Heirs forever. Also I give to my Daughter Betsy One Cow to her and her Heirs forever. Also I give to my Daughter Jinney one Bed & furniture Cow & Calf and Saddle. Also I Give to my Daughter Phanny one Bed & Furniture Cow & Calf and Saddle.
Also I Give to my Son Jeremiah Proctor one Cow and Two year old heifer.
Also I give to my son Micajah Proctor one two year old horse and Saddle One Cow and year old heifer.
Also I Give to my Grandson Micajah Proctor one year old heifer. All the rest of my Estate if any there be to be Sold and equally Divided among all my Children at the discretions of my Executors. I therefore Revoke and disavow all wills, Legacies or bequeaths by me hertofore made and ???py and Confirm this and no other to be my Last will and Testament Nominating and appointing Elizabeth Proctor, Robt Proctor and Robt Brank my Executors and executrix In Testimony whereof I have set my hand.
Sealed with my seal and Dated This 20th of May 1800.
