Mrs. Julia Green Dead
Mrs. Julia Green, a most estimable lady living about two miles east of Stephens, died this morning after an illness of several months. Mrs. Green was sixty years old and had lived in this community all of her life and had numerous friends and relatives who will mourn her death. Her remains will be interred in the cemetery here tomorrow.
Born about 1848, she died 28 Aug 1908.

Alexander Green Died Yesterday Morning at his Home on Dick's River
Mr. Alexander Green died yesterday morning at his home on Dick's River near the Lexington Pike, about four miles from Danville, after a lingering illness.... He had passed his 84th birthday. The children living are Jas. A. and Bettie Green, who resided with him, Mrs. Sue Woods, of Lancaster, Wm. Green of Shelby County, Mrs. Lee Lynch of Bloomfield, Mrs. Ella Stone and Mrs. Vallie Anderson of Louisville. Funeral services will be held at Pleasant Grove Church, Garrard County ...interment in Bellevue Cemetery.
