Texas Death Certificate #7991. Wiley B. Merrill died in Fannin Co where he had lived his whole life. He died on 2 Mar 1922 from stomach cancer. His age was given as 72 and his wife was still living. O. L. Merrill of Ladonia was the informant and state that Wiley's father was Wiley M. Merrill, born in Texas; his mother Martha Hillard, born in Texas. He was buried Presbyterian Cemetery [part of the city cemetery], Ladonia.
