He was retired owner and operator of Womack Pipe and Material Co, Daytona Beach. He attended St. James Episcopal Church, Ormond Beach. Survivors: wife, Jean; daughters, Mrs. Josie Steward, Daytona Beach; Mrs. Jean Gonzalez, Sanford; Mrs. Frances Haggard, Steel, MO.; and four grandchildren. Haigh-Black Funeral Home, Ormond Beach.
