Although in 1900, Harry gave his birth date as Jul 1869, his death certificate has 28 Aug 1869. In 1870, when he was 11 months old, his birth month was stated as July [1869]. He died on the 28 Jan 1940, age 70, from a fall in which he suffered a fracture at the base of his skull. He was on the way to the bathroom when he fell. Blanche Early is listed as the wife. His occupation was police court judge. His father was Abner Early; his mother Anne Kabler, both of Otter River, VA. Carlton Early was the informant. Harry was buried at Big Stone Gap, VA.
