Mary Elizabeth Jackson, of Greer Co shows that Paten Hoof died intestate about the 11th of April 1929 in Mangum, Greer Co. He was a resident and left real & personal estate which doesn't exceed the value of $2800. Heirs are:

The deceased left the following real estate in Greer County: The South half of Lot Four in Block C, Sweet's Rail Road addition to the town of Mangum. Petitioner Mary Elizabeth Jackson was the heir of both Paten Hoff and of Malinda Catherine Hoff, his surviving widow who died prior to administration proceedings, and entitled to 1/7 of the real estate. The heirs conveyed said property by warranty deed to Mary Elizabeth Jackson, all their interest in said real estate on 16 Sep 1930:

The deceased had lived with administratrix a long time prior to his death and his estate was in debt for expenses of his last illness. By agreement, the real estate was conveyed to the administratrix and she agreed not to file any claim for her father's care and support during his last illness.
Final Distribution: $214.00 each to Mae Hudgins, John H. Hoff, Mrs. Ruby Cousin, George W. Hoff, Louis P. Hoff, and Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Jackson. Total of $214.00 divided into four parts, $53.50 for the four grandchildren.
Mary Elizabeth Jackson received $749 for administration of the estate of Malinda Catherine Hoff.
Paten Hoff, died 11 Apr 1929, leaving his widow and the heirs as listed above
Ruby Cousins was the only heir of Jennie M. Hoff Reeves, daughter of said Paten Hoff, who died prior to her father.
Bessie Terry, Winnie Dean, Sarah Hedgecoke & Oscar Churchill were children of Mattie Hoff Churchill, a daughter of Paten Hoff who also died prior to her father
Malinda Catherine Hoff, died 25 Jun 1930, leaving the same heirs as her husband Paten Hoff.
Mary Elizabeth Jackson requested to be discharged from her duties as Administratrix 13 Jan 1931.
