Corbett Columbus is said to be their son, yet his birth is given as 15 Nov 1899 - the same year that Maggie was born to Maude. Either Corbett and Finie had a long-standing acquaintance, or the birth of Corbett is an error. However, it appears from the 1910 census that Corbett was NOT Finie's, son but a son of the first wife Maude. However, I very much suspect he was born in 1900, not 1899, because the 1900 census shows his sister Maggie, born in August of 1889, six months old.
