Percy Waldren Haden died 9 Aug 1961, Martha Jefferson Hospital, Charlottesville, VA. He was run over by a tractor on his farm and had fracture of the spine and crush injury to the right chest - he was hospitalized for 8 days before he had respiratory failure and died.
