This is David in 1870, but there were other Spencer families so this could be the wrong David Spencer in Hadley, Warren Co KY

They are dittoed as born in TN, but I believe that's an error because it's almost the entire page.

Wife was apparently Amanda Manning. Listed as mother of Samuel W. Spencer when he died in 1930, Bowling Green, Warren Co, KY
