Some of the following deeds could refer to the father, but many seem to be those tracts later sold by his heirs. It is interesting that they terms Junior and Senior don't seem to appear if both Williams were living at this time. One online database suggested the father died about 1818, but he doesn't seem to have estate records.

Farley, Holloway Pass, Evans Knight. [The above deeds suggest William had land both sides Hogan's Creek, purchased in at least four tracts. No combination of the deeds equals the amount sold, so it much have been laid off in definite parcels. There must be more to this deed than the abstract suggests. He did not sell all of it.]

Wit: William Slade, Phineas Hubbard, Proved by oath of William Slade, son of Ezekiel Slade. [There is a second deed of trust, similar to this one for two other debts with security of the household furniture, corn and fodder.]
The Hubbards do not appear again after the deeds of late 1830.

The Guardianship records suggest two boys perhaps not yet of age, or just coming of age. In 1828, John P. Harrison gave his account of his guardianship of Robert & Noel Richardson.
