Texas Death Certificate #20581 James Andrew White, died at All Saints Hospital, Ft. Worth, TX. His address was given as 2129 Bonnie Brae, Ft. Worth - it was outside the city limits. James was born 17 oct 1876 and died 12 Mar 1963 at age 86. He was a retired Farmer, widowed. The informant was Mrs. Jack McNiel - his parents were unknown to her. He died of a heart attack, which happened in December of 1962. He also had a fall & burned his hand and hip in 1962. He was buried Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Ft. Worth.
