Miss Mollie B. Walters, aged 65, died at 5:30 AM today at Edmunds hospital, where she had been a patient for several months as a result of severe injuries she sustained from a heavy fall several years ago. She was a daughter of W. F. Walters and a Granddaughter of Capt. A. G. Walters. For many years she had made her home at "Cottage Grove" the old Walters home place near this city.
She was a cousin of C. G. Holland, Frank Holland, Miss Nellie Holland, Mrs. Julian M. Robinson, and C. Maurice Flinn.

SPECIAL COMMISSIONER'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE
Pursuant to a decree entered in the Corporation Court of Danville, on
April 8, 1941, in the chancery cause therein pending of C. M. Flinn
against Mollie B. Walters' Adm'r., et als, the undersigned will offer for sale
on the premises.
THURSAY, APRIL 24th, 1941
the following real estate:
(1) at 3:00 o'Clock P. M.
A certain lot of land with improvements, fronting 50 feet on Franklin Street in Danville. Virginia, with a depth between parallel lines of 130 feet, it being real estate of which
Mollie B. Walters died seized and possessed,
(2) at 3:30 o'Clock P. M.
Three lots, one of which has improvements, each fronting 60 feet on the south side of Broadnax Street, near Almagro, Danville, Virginia, with a dept' between parallel lines of 100 feet, and designated as lots 1, 2, and 3 on a map of the Mollie B. Walters Estate, made by H. S. Peirce, March 6, 1941 and filed with the papers in the above mentioned chancery
suit.
TERMS OF SALE: CASH.
