She was born 31 Oct 1898 and died at age 72, 24 Nov 1970. She was a housewife. Her father was Columbus D. Casey; her mother Sidney Fry. John Casey was the informant. Inez died of a heart attack; she was dead on arrival when she reached the hospital. She is buried Presbyterian Cemetery, Ladonia, TX.
