Services were held at the Griffin-Roughton Funeral Chapel in Corsicana on June 18, 1997, with Solon Bailey, minister of the Blooming Grove Church of Christ, officiating. Burial was at Dresden Cemetery.
Mr. Haden is survived by his wife, Aline Haden of Corsicana; three sons, Roland Haden, of College Station; Jim and David Haden, both of Blooming Grove; brothers, J.H. Haden, Houston, and W.A Haden of Dresden; 12 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Clay Haden, Micah Haden, Joel Haden, Joshua Haden, Jordan Haden, Cameron Haden, Johathan Haden, and Alex Haden. Honorary pallbearers were Ordway Ferrell, Johnny Johnson, Joe Dean Hill, Gerald McSpadden, E.A. Toten and O.L. Slaughter.
