Tract of land in Perry Co on Cedar Creek, grant issued by State of TN to sd William Kelly, something over 400 acres. Being the tract where decedant lived at the time of his death.
One lot in town of Linden.
All moneys, notes, livestock, personal property, for and in consideration of the sum of $300 paid by Thomas Kelly
