Will of Mosley Daniel. Of St. James Northam Parish, Goochland. To my well beloved wife Ann Daniel during the term of her natural life tract of land whereon I now live, with all household furniture and stock of all kinds and negro man Silas. After her death, to my son William Daniel have my land. My two daughters Polly Richards Daniel & Sally Kirstun Daniel shall live with their mother until they marry or as long as they live. If my mare should bare any more colts, my daughters should have each of them one. All that is left at my wife's death to be equally divided between my three children. My brother Ichabod Daniel & William Th___ to be Executors
