Raymond and Donald were born on Chestnut Street in Cookeville, Tennessee.
In 1944 they moved to Coalinga, California looking for work and because of Gilbert's health. Grandma and Grandpa Fox lived there already and they moved into their garage until the could find a house to rent. Omer and Eula Mae had 5 children.
Omer and his son James Kenneth were killed in a car accident December 10, 1945 in Coalinga, California. Omer was 36 years old, and his son James Kenneth was 16.
