The Williams Family Bible has, "Peter Alexander Boyd, their son, married Sept. 1834 in the Parish of East Feliciana, La., to Sarah Jane Higginbotham by rEv. B. Pipkin". A copy of the Bible has been printed in the LA Genealogy Magazine.
