Gary Wiggins, 69, of Kansas, Okla., died Aug. 15, 2002, at his home. He was born on Jan. 10, 1933, in Van Buren, Ark., to Jack A. Wiggins and Sylvia Sherley Wiggins.
He was a retired pipeline welder for the oil industry and was an Air Force veteran. He was a member of Pipeliners Union 798 in Tulsa, Okla. He attended Gospel Lighthouse Church in Kansas, Okla. He had been a resident of the northeast Oklahoma area since in 1971.
He married Margaret Bjelland Oct. 21, 1955.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret Wiggins; two sons, Jerry Wiggins and his wife Sonya of Kansas, and Howard Wiggins of Springdale, Ark.; two daughters, Debra Dunn and her husband Bruce Dunn of Fayetteville, Ark., and Lisa Carter and her husband Robert Carter of Kansas; four brothers, Darrell Wiggins and Randy Wiggins, both of Kansas, Johnny Wiggins of Lansing, Kan., Artis Wiggins of Tulsa, Okla.; four sisters, Pat McKinnon of Santa Anna, Calif., Elnora Evans of Bella Vista, Ark., Darlene Jackson of Kansas, and Betty Jean Ramsey of Oklahoma City; 14 grandchildren; one greatgranddaughter; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 19, at Wasson Memorial Chapel, Siloam Springs, Ark., with Brother Sam Andrews.
Burial will follow at Kansas Cemetery in Kansas, Okla.
Arrangements are by Wasson Funeral Home of Siloam Springs, Ark.
