Bequeath: Son Matthew, plantation where he now lives in Amherst Co. Son Benjam, the plantation where I now live on waters of Green Creek. Land to grandson William Harris Mosby. To children, Matthew Harris, Sarah Hawkins Mosby, Elizabeth Deggs, Catherine Steccer, John Harris, William Harris, Marry Woodfol, Benjamin Harris, Ann Coleman and Judith Coleman, the negroes and properties heretofore given and in their possession. To wife Mary, plantation, livestock, furniture, negroes, etc. during her natural life. Sons John, William & Benjamin Harris to be Executors and are to managed my property for maintenance of wife Mary.
