Will of George A. Dillard of Greene Co - all debts, funeral expenses and costs of administration to paid out of estate.
2nd All residue & remainder of personal estate except blacksmith tools, to beloved wife Eliza J. Dillard. Also all my real estate for and during her natural life.
3rd. To son James L. Dillard, all of my blacksmith tools.
4th. At death of my wife, my real estate shall vest in and belong to the following children in the following manner:
1. To son William S. C. Dillard, West half of NE 1/4 of NW 1/4 and the East 5 acres of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4, S 16 Twp 19, R 10.
2. To son Marion D. Dillard th North 10 acres of SW 1/4 of SW 1/4 and NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and 14 acres tract in the SW corner of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 S8T29R20, this tract being my home place and desiring it shall not pass out of the family I restrict the sale by Marion D. Dillard for 20 years after my death, unless he sell to a member of the family. After 20 years, if he still owns it, can be sold to a stranger. Also to him the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of S8T29R20 absolutley, provided that within one year of the death of my wife, he shall pay to my daughter Sarah I. Diemer, $600. If he doesn't pay, the 40 acres shall be vested in the said Sarah I. Diemer absolutely.
3. To my son George E. Dillard, the East 33 acres of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of S17 and the East 33 acres of the SE 1/4 of the SE1/4 of S8 and the West 30 acres of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of S9 - all in T29R20.
4. To my daughter Margaret J. Turner the North 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the West 35 acres of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4, all in S16T29R20.
My sons James L.Dillard and George e. Dillard, Executors and not be required to give bond.
