I question this date and place of death for Anderson as he doesn't appear in the censuses in Grainger Co.

The only Anderson Dyer of the proper age in 1850 was living in Kentucky:
1850 Census, Trigg Co KY, Hh 328
Anderson Dyer, age 45, b. TN. Sarah, age 37, b. KY.
Children all born in Kentucky: Judy Ann 17, Mary 16, James 14, Lewis 12, Zarilda 11, Sarah 7, and Eliza, age 2.

I cannot find an Anderson Dyer after this date. The Anderson Dyer in Trigg County was likely deceased before 1860:
