Bezaliel SHERMAN

Bezaliel lived in St. Lawrence Parish, Ipswich. He was a grocer.
He had a daughter Ursula and a son John. He left a surviving widow, Priscilla, thought to have been Priscilla Burges. His first wife, Mary, was buried at St. Lawrence, 11 Feb 1612/13.
Bezeliel's will was written 7 Oct 1618, proved the following December 3rd. It mentions Joane Sherman, daughter of brother Edmund and her brother John, both under the age of 24; a wife, unnamed; son John under 24; an unnamed daughter under 21; possible expected child. The executors were to be the wife and her father, Doctor Burges. The probate proceedings list the wife as Priscilla Sherman, relict, and her father as John Burges.
