Ruth signed the register at Kenney Comstock's funeral as Ruth Riddle Jackson. She is also in the family reunion picture on Grandma Comstock's birthday, 1948.

Ruth had lived in Longview since 1932.
She was a homemaker and a active member of Woodland Christian Church where she had served as an Elder and a member of the board.
She was a member of the Junior League since 1943, a member of the Longview Garden Club and the Longview Museum of Arts.
Ruth was preceded in death by her husband Mack Jackson, her parents, three brothers and a nephew.

Mack Jackson was born 1908, died 1 Mar 1988 in Longview and is buried Grace Hill Cemetery with Ruth.
