DEATHS
Mary Rodman was born Oct 6, 1847, at Kokomo, Ind., and removed with her parents to Kansas in 1869
She was married to Wm. May, Jan. 18, 1872. To this union six children were born, two daughters and four sons, viz: Mrs. W. W. O'Bryan, and Mrs. J. E. Brogan, William E., John, Charles, and Richard, all of whom survive her.
....at 10:30, Jan 6, 1903, she passed into that beautiful sleep only to awaken in that bright beyond. The funeral services were conducted at the home, Jan. 7, 1903 by Rev. A. V. Francis, of Chanute, after which the remains were laid to rest in Hope Cemetery.
