The children of Barton Terry Sr, are tentative. They are arranged by the order in which they married.
His father as given here is perhaps the most critical link in the chain of ancestors. I find no proof of this relationship, but it does seem to work datewise.

Pittsylvania Co Land Tax Lists. In 1783, Barton Terry received 133 acres from Henry Terry, Jr. - that would seem to be the deed following. In 1785, he was listed as being overcharged on his tax - the lists themselves do not remain.
