Vol 4, p.213 Court and Testamentary Business 1643
Nov 1th. Tho. Cornwaleys Esq complained that John Cage apprentice, servant for a term until 10 Nov next, has departed out of service and refuses to serve. Damage to the plaintiff o 30 # tobacca per day until he returns to service. Warrant to sheriff to take defendant & have him at Court on 1 Dec next to answer.
